To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items may be exempt from being returned, such as personalized or custom-made products. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please contact us for clarification.
To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may not receive a refund if the item is lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct product without delays.

We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on our evaluation. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
